SUGGESTION :
 
1.

First of all Bakeries, Confectionaries, Biscuit and others do not stick to one Brand only. According to them on buying one single brand and buying different brands makes no difference to their quality.

 

2.

Economic in price and good in quality is Rachna, Rasdha and Scooter, whose total comes to 80%.

And few do uses Lily of Hindustan Lever Ltd., whose price is more but quality is definitely better than above three.

Here, Ranjit is consumed by hardly 7% Ranjit Quality is good but price is high compare to Rasdha, Rachna, Scooter, Ashwin, etc. Secondly the availability of Rajnit is also less. This happens due to two reason that is Dealer / wholesaler is not interested to do business in Ranjit or Price factor.

Taking into consideration the point number 2, on the contrary the awareness of Ranjit Brand is 68%.

Interest in Scheme / discount is 63% and they are more interested in Cash Discount, Turnover discount and free gift whose total comes to 83%.

In bakery the substitute of Vanaspati Ghee is used which is known as VIGOL or AMOLEX.

The advantage of using this substitute is 1 liter can produce up to 27 kgs. Bread.

The price of this substitute is 50% less than the Vanaspati Ghee.

Surati Ghari (Name of one sweets) is very famous throughout the country. Where the use of Vanaspati Ghee is huge.

In Non-Veg. Restaurant the consumption of Vanaspati Ghee is more.

In Surat, the population of Muslims, Marathis, Sindhis, Punjabis and Rajanthanis are more and therefore, Non-Veg. Foods do consume in bulk.

In Surat, Ratri Bazar (Khau Gali) is very famous which starts after 8.30 p.m. till late night.

Here major sweets prepared in Vanaspati Ghee. During these hours the major sweets found is Jalebi, Malpuva, etc.

In Chocolates the consumption of Vanaspati Ghee is seen in Surat. No doubt the requirement is small.

Few Ice-Cream parlors of Surat do consume Vanaspati in Ice-Creams.
